slightly lopsided (higher in the front) if you don't replace the rears - because contrary to what you may believe they have sagged, even if the rear remains within spec now, after 12 years it won't be long... Can't quite tell from your original post whether you are replacing your rear struts too, but if you are, you're going to be doing the labor on the rear anyway to remove the struts, so it just makes sense to replace them all. Removing and reinstalling all the interior trim is a pain, and I know I wouldn't want to be doing the labor a year later because my ride has suddenly gotten bouncy or loose when your rears give out. If you feel your old rear springs are in good shape once you remove them then sell them on ebay or the classifieds and recoup a little $$. Good luck.
